Hello
the Znuny roadmap talks about a non-LTS version on their roadmap page. What’s the difference to the Znuny LTS version please?
Best,

Re: What is the non-LTS version
Hello Christian,
Znuny LTS offers bug and security fixes for the ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6, which got discontinued last December.
Znuny (without the LTS) will offer a new feature branch, not just offering bug and security fixes, but also adding new functionalities.
Znuny LTS offers forward compatibility to non-open-source OTRS versions. Znuny can be seen as a new open-source product — based on ((OTRS)) Community Edition.
Best regards
Emin

Re: What is the non-LTS version
Hi,
New features in the core product without having to install add-ons, we arranged the by topic:
- feature release 1: web services
- feature release 2: process management
- feature release 3: service desk / reporting
- feature release 4: ITSM / service management
Since some of this might break the existing API these functions will be part of the non-LTS branch.
