login button not working after update otrs 5 to znuny LTS

Hello All,

After updating from OTRS 5 to Znuny 6.0.36 LTS, the login button is greyed out and we can no longer sign in. Also the login screen seems to have an incorrect layout. Normally it's a centered square on the screen, however now the login is screenwide size.

With the help of this topic I was able to make the button no longer greyed out, however pressing the button does nothing.

Any help towards resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Please change this back. Removing the disabled from the template is complete nonsense. Something is wrong with your Javacript. If everything works well the button will be enabled by Javascript.

Please:

- Delete your browser cache. Completly. Or use a another, fresh browser.
- Delete the loader Cache on the server as OTRS user: bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Loader::CacheCleanup
- Open your browser console
- Open the login page and check for a) Javscript error (Console) and files which are not loaded (404 code, Network)

Are you sure you followed the documentation? Did you copied the complete var/ folder?
