Session invalid. Please log in again

Dear Team,

I am looking for advice on otrs version community VERSION = 6.0.17. When users login it shows "Session invalid. Please log in again" and logout immediately.
Note: This issue happen after I do patch update on OS Centos 7
Could anyone advice what is the issue and tip to troubleshoot?

Perhaps network issues..i guess..

Try to disable System Configuration > SessionDeleteIfNotRemoteID

Hi,

after patching I often had this issue with old caches on the OTRS Server or also in the browser. Reset of a browser or another one should help.
And for sure... check the logs.
