Anyone can help me how to disable ticket lock after a note is add by agent? And owner remain as customer not as agent?

Disable this option Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###RequiredLock

Is on No but still ticket is lock after agent add a note and the owner of ticket is agent not customer

Fixed but i don't know how now ticket is on Unlock and all customer cand reply again if problem persist
