Close Ticket - Add Hyperlink

We would like to add an external Survey link to every closed ticket,

I am assuming we can do this from one of the templatess, I have checked

templates/Standard/NotificationEvent/Email

but I dont seem to see a closed ticket template,

could someone let me know the location or the name of the file please?

There no notification for ticket close by default.
Create it manually by Admin > Ticket Notification

Event - TicketStateUpdate

Ticket Filter - State > closed successful, closed unsuccessful

Recipient - customer

Body - put the external survey link there
