I recently stood up an OTRS 6.0 server with ITSM, CMD, General Catalog and the rest of the available add-ins. After a couple of upgrade attempts from OTRS to Znuny I decided to fresh install the latest version. Now I'm disappointed to find that I can't install those features.
I'm curious to know if and how to get these installed? Thanks.

the answer is in the note message:
install the latest znuny release, but release 6.0.x
or you use the proper 6.3 package, would also be an option.

The individual packages weren't available matching the current version (6.3.1) but getting the ITSM core installed installed the correct version of those packages. A little different than OTRS was but I'll get the hang. Thanks again.

The individual packages are and were available, just in another location. Like before: https://download.znuny.org/releases/itsm/packages6x/
We had a problem with the package manager and repository that's why a 6.3.3 is there for ITSM* packages.

Ah, didn't see them there. I was browsing the wrong directory. Anyway, they got installed with the core.
