How can I add the old and the new owner to the
TicketArticleCreate?
I know the variables
<OTRS_OWNER_UserFirstname>
<OTRS_OWNER_UserLastname>
but how can I define the old respectively the old owner
e.g. with a note:
ownership transfered from <oldOwner> to <newOwner> blabla

There's no real way to capture the target owner. Is it a third party transferring ownership, or is the person performing the change the new or old owner?
