Hi,
due a current issue I wonder if it's possible to show a notification on the agent dashboard if znuny fails to receive mails via pop3 twice in a row or something like that.
I know some workarounds but it would be nice if znuny offers such a feature itself.

Just a hint:
If you are on later version you can use the communication log to check for those errors or use the Znuny-HealthStatus package to integrate it in your monitoring.
