Hi,

we use otrs 6.0.10, every time that i modify any parameter on sysconfig i got this error on logs

i searched on this forum about this, tried to upgrade to another release, disable any dynamic field, clear cache or rebuild config, but nothing works, the enviroment was installed and configured without the Perl Yaml library, we already install that rpm but the error still showing.

Any idea what im missing, your helps is really appreciate, we have this error on a production enviroment, apparently there is not a malfunction on the app about the tickets or the CMDB but we are worried about this.

Check / edit / reset these SysConfig settings:

- CustomerPanelBodyNewAccount
- CustomerPanelBodyLostPasswordToken
- NotificationBodyLostPasswordToken

Thanks for help, the error is still showing but without the traceback? i deleted cache and try to rebuid config but error is still there.

i also tried to delete info on settings CustomerPanelBodyNewAccount, CustomerPanelBodyLostPasswordToken, NotificationBodyLostPasswordToken and deply it, but nothing happens

Just another bit ...
It's likely trying to read a config file that has invalid syntax.
make sure you have a backup of your Config Files folder. You may try rebuilding config from command line.

If you're sure you've got a good backup and if you're adventurous, find the file that has that information and make sure it's syntactically correct with a text editor.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I tried to rebuilding config from command line but the error is the same:

Done.
I dont have a backup without that error, i think the error shows since initial installation (missing YAML library), i have another enviroment but there is configurated diferently.

I dont have a backup without that error, i think the error shows since initial installation (missing YAML library), i have another enviroment but there is configurated diferently.

Were you able to resolve that issue?
I also faced same issue, and followed the same troubleshooting steps but no success.
