Otrs old browser Azure AD

Post by stefan3001 »

Hello,

the OTRS web interface displays the following message:
Unfortunately, you are using a (heavily) outdated web browser. This software works with a wide range of web browsers for you to choose from. Please install a newer web browser or update your existing one. Also, please refer to the documentation or consult your system administrator.

In addition, only the raw HTML code is being displayed without CSS styling and JavaScript. The issue only occurs when I try to establish the connection through Azure AD, otherwise the web interface works perfectly fine.

The following errors are displayed in the browser console:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) /otrs-web/skins/Agent/default/css/thirdparty/ui-theme/jquery-ui.css:1

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Hi,

Let's start with your version. The easiest way is to find out is the content of the file RELEASE in the application's home directory.
Any recent changes before this error message came up?

Hi Roy,

Im running Otrs Community Edition version 6.0.35.
No, I haven't made any changes. The issue has been present since the first access through Azure AD.

Hi,

I'm right that you never access the system until today? I'm not 100% clear how you access through Azure AD, since Azure AD is just a directory service.

If your RELEASE file states 6.0.35 and OTRS Community Edition, this is a release Centuran fork, I strongly recommend catching up with them. This forum is about OTRS Community Edition up to 6.0.30 and Znuny from 6.0.31 and newer.
