Hello everyone!
Can I make a one filter where I can put all email and so new ticket from those emails will be placed in specific queue?
I tried to use mailing-list and put emails after coma or semicolon but it didin't work.

Hi,
Yes, it possible via the PostMaster filter. Use the sender address to match the From in the Filter section and X-OTRS-Queue and the queue name in the Set Email Headers section
P.S.: you should update, your 6.0.37 is end-of-life.

I have taken over and I am using OTRS for 2 months or so...
