Hi,
anyone here, who has already created a REST API for ticket creation with JWT Authentication with Znuny or OTRS?
I want to create tickets from a separate web server. The web server should authenticate itself to the OTRS server using a JWT token.
I'm already running the pure REST API for ticket creation(https://itgovernanceportal.com/znuny/ac ... -via-rest/), but I'm having problems with the JWT authentication.

There is not option for JWT authentication when using the ticket operations. JWT is only available for outbound connections.
