System Monitoring Plugin
I'm having an issue with the SystemMonitoring addin lately. The tickets are opening/closing like they should but the resolved notifications are missing the original ticket subject. Originally the ticket notification had the OTRS_CUSTOMER_SUBJECT/OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY in the details but that wasn't working either.

I can use the TicketFreeText2 dynamic field but that leads to another issue. I know you can filter notifications to specific customers but is there a way to exclude a customer from a notification? I would need to create a new notification for this one customer from our monitoring system. When I do that it also gets triggered on the original notification so there are duplicate notifications sent.
