Ticket age in ticket queue L view is shown only in hours instead in days,years ad hours
In M and S view it's fine

My version of Znuny: LTS 6.5.8

Hi,

I just checked with a 6.5.8 and it's okay. The age is shown as it should be. But I don't recall an issue and fix for this. I would export the system configuration and check if there are any settings related to the L-view (Preview).

I've notice that it works ok after removing ITSMIncidentProblemManagement Package.
But since I need this package my wokraroud is to swap /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/TicketOverview/Preview.pm to the one from the older version of znuny-6.4.5.

There is no custom Kernel/Output/HTML/TicketOverview/Preview.pm that belongs to the ad-on ITSMIncidentProblemManagement if you use Znuny LTS 6.5. Are you sure that the file you use is not an old one?
What is the output of the command
ls -l /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/TicketOverview/Preview.pm
