OTRS 5.0.21 how to remove "My Queues" from dashboard preferences?

Hi

I am looking for a way to remove the "My Queues" widget from the agents dashboard preferences (because in my setup, the agents are tied to queues using Agent<->Queue relationships).

I already searched in Sysconfig, but for

Frontend::Agent::Preferences

I haven't found any setting that i can disable.

Or am i searching in the wrong place?

Navigate in the SysConfig to:
Ticket → Frontend::Agent::Preferences

and disable the widget PreferencesGroups###CustomQueue.

Or set Active to 0 to set the default to unselected.

I tried your procedure. Unfortunately, this only disabled the option for our users to select queues in the my queues item. Please do not know how to proceed in version 7.xx?
