Update Znuny 6.5.13 - FAQ Modul Fehler

Hey Leute,

ich habe heute auf meinem Testsystem/Klon ein Update von Znuny 6.5.11 auf 6.5.13 gefahren.
Die Migration läuft ohne Probleme durch.

Nun wollte ich die Packages noch upgraden bzw. habe ich erstmal vorher nur das FAQ Modul installiert, jedoch kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass dies der übliche Weg (mit Fehlermeldungen) ist:

Die Kurzfassung:
  • su - otrs
  • bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::UpgradeAll ---> Bitte installiere FAQ neu
  • bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Reinstall FAQ ---> FAQ wird neuinstalliert, jedoch mit 5 Fehlermeldungen
  • bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::UpgradeAll ---> FAQ ist aktuell

Nach einem Neustart, funktioniert das System auch ganz normal. Das FAQ ist mit vorher eingetragenen Daten vorhanden. Mir machen nur die Fehlermeldungen sorgen. Eine Deinstallation sollte man ja nicht ausführen, da sonst die Daten alle weg sind?

Hallo,

bei der erneuten Installation wird versucht initiale Daten zu schreiben und das schlägt fehl wenn es die schon gibt. Das ist in Znuny schon immer so gewesen und war auch schon bei OTRS 3.x der Fall. Und wenn man sich nicht so sehr auf das Wort ERROR fokussiert sonder mal die Meldung aufmerksam liest ist das auch m.E. verständlich was das passiert:
