I'd like to suggest making the size of the widgets in sidebar of AgentTicketZoom (Widgets###0100-TicketInformation, Widgets###0200-CustomerInformation) configurable and scrollable.
In AgentTicketZoom it often happens these widgets "disappear" at the bottom of the page. A lot of scralling is necessary for recognizing the information from the sidebar.
Please see the screenshot I attached for a (hopefully) better understanding. Keep in mind this screen shot was made from a browser window with a zoom of 70%. Usually users are working with 100%. Hence the situation is far worth.
