How to add a ticket type

hi Im new on this software and i would like to know how to add a new ticket type, like incidence, tasks, project etc... I read what was on this page but I didn't understand it very well https://doc.znuny.org/znuny_lts/admin/p ... index.html.

Hi,

the link you used is for processes, for creating a type this is wrong.
You might start with
Admin > Types

and create the types there.

The documentation you are referring to is to "set a ticket type" on a ticket, and the types need to be created first.

I´ve created two type of ticket, incidence and task but i´ve got an error "¡Por favor, active Type antes!" which means first activate Type . But idk how to do it.
