[solved] possible to delete SLA/Service?

Post by FantasticNerd »

Hi everyone,

I played around with services and SLAs a little, and didn't do it in a test environment.
Yes, stupid, I know.

But can services and SLAs be removed? There is no “Delete” option in the admin view.

Thanks for your help.

Greetings
Dennis

Hi,

there's no possibility for that. SLAs and services are referenced as foreign keys in another tables, so deleting them would cause some problems.

Hi Kai,

so I just deactivate them and meybe use them later as I can edit every setting afterwards.

Thanks for your fast reply.

Best wishes

Please keep in mind if you reuse them that ticket with these SLA or Services will also show the new name.
