We have a 22GB big database and around 240GB of articles stored on FS and we see poor performance on tickets with many replies (articles).
For example, if ticket has 9 articles, we can see in browser dev tools that it sends around the same number of requests for related articles to znuny to build whole overview.
Even if requests were about 50ms each that would take 0.5s to load.
Can we make some further optimization or do you have any advice how to get better performance?
Znuny runs in VM (although DB is on another physical machine) and we are considering moving to physical machine all together. We are running Znuny 7.2.1
