Auto Response - New Ticket
Is it possible to configure that it is only sending the Auto Response New Ticket if the user is possible to lookup in either our SQL database or the local customers ?

Use SysConfig option - CustomerNotifyJustToRealCustomer. Sends customer notifications just to the mapped customer. But I'm not sure if this will work for auto-replies
