Transition Action send email to customer

Hi,
I want to create a transition action that creates a note in the ticket that is also being sent to the customer as an email (kind of a log that the status has updated).

When I try this config, it doesn't work (already played around a lot but no luck). Can anyone help?

Hi,

At least the documentation shows more mandatory fields:

The UserID is not mandatory; this is an error. You only need to set this if you want to execute the transition action with another user's identity.
