I would like to draw your attention to a new open-source project: the Znuny MCP Server.
What is it?
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants like Claude Desktop or Claude Code to interact directly with your Znuny system.
Features
Ticket Management:
- Search, create, update tickets and retrieve details
- View ticket history
- Search, create, retrieve and delete ConfigItems

- "Create a ticket for customer xy with the subject..."
- "What is the status of ticket #12345?"
- Import GenericInterface Web Service into Znuny (YAML file included in the repo)
- Install MCP Server:
