Creating notes without becoming ticket owner
The major pain point I have with Znuny right now is that any time I have to create a note on someone else's ticket, Znuny thinks I'm the new ticket owner and changes it without even asking. Is there a way to change this behavior?

Hi tessiof,
in SysConfig search for an option like „RequiredLock“. This option exists for nearly all interfaces in Znuny and you can set per interface if you want the ticket to be locked by the current agent when using this action/interface. If it is unlocked yet, it will become auto-locked on the current agent (which is what you don‘t want, so disable this for AgentTicketNote).
