OTRS - /otrs_article partition at 95% of its space usage

I would appreciate your attention to the partition OTRS - /otrs_article on our server, as it is already at 95% of its space usage.

Is there anything that can be done at the OTRS level? If not, what can be done on the server to resolve this situation?

Hi,
it seems you store your articles and attachments on the filesystem.

2 solutions I guess :

• delete some tickets

• extend storage on you server
