disable search for some users

Hello,

we are using znuny 7.3.2 and want to disable the search for some users.
Based on the informations we can use
- ACL
- systemconfig with a group.
Both methods are not working.

waht is the official way from znuny to allow only a few users to use the search function?

Hi,

remove ro access to the searchable queues.

But maybe you can restrict it in sysconfig. TicketSearch and Groups could be your search criterias. Never had done this
