Hi,
when a new ticket is open log system writes that an email was sent to customer to notify but no email coming in.

What is the problem?

Have a look in OTRS Log, in the Log of your Mailserver...

Please describe how your E-Mail Settings in OTRS are set.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

SysConfig

Plase fill out your signature with OTRS Version, Plattform and so on

Hi, i tried to set smtp instead of sendmail and log system tells me that emails sent again:
"Thu Apr 22 11:52:59 2010 notice OTRS-CGI-10 Sent auto response (SendAutoReply) for Ticket [2010042210000306] (TicketID=32, ArticleID=61) to '"Fabio Carli - Piramedia Srl" <linux@piramedia.it>'."

But no email incoming in :(

Look in the Logs of your Mailserver

The first time that i installed OTRS it sent email correctly but after some edits by me it doesn't work.... I think i changed something in wrong..
Now i look for log files

hi there,

in sysconfig>>core>> sendmail what are your settings ?

are you using your isps outgoing mail server ?

i recently set up the system from scratch so i can possibly help.
