Hi,
I've modified the Config.pm to support my working calendar time with half hour form, but I could not do it. I need my calendar to support from 7:30AM till 4:30PM. If anyone has an idea to manage, please share me.

I'm trying to figure that out as well. It appears that Layout.pm defaults to +1 increments when displaying anything. There would need to be a fundamental change to Layout.pm (maybe elsewhere) to fix this issue. (Forinstance, is it *really* necessary to have 1 minute increments on due dates? Exactly.)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
