The Apache2.2 service terminated with service-specific error

Hi,

We currently run OTRS on a web server here, but the version is pretty old. So, i am trying to install the latest version (2.4) on a lab server here and will attempt to import all current and previous tickets we have on the old system.

It's worth mentioning that this lab server has the following specs:
OS: Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2 x64
RAM: 4GB

After 'successfully' installing from the executable, a webpage attempted to display (http://cmchristianw2k8/otrs/index.pl).
However, i recieve 'page cannot be displayed' so i checked the services and notice Apache 2.2 is not running. I attempt to start the service but receive this error: The Apache2.2 service terminated with service-specific error in the Event Viewer.

Can anybody let me where i may be going wrong?

Well, now look to Event viewer and Apache log to see where a problem is.
First thing i suppose - is perl library integration.
