probleme bei der installation

Moinsen,

so ich bin auf einen neuen server umgezogen und wollte dort otrs installieren doch seit ca. 2 wochen bekomme ich es nicht gebacken ....

system:
otrs: 2.4.7
suse 11.0

habe otrs bereits über yast installiert ... auch die suseconfig schon durchlaufen lassen
doch wenn ich nun
http://gilde-obsidiancult.de/otrs/installer.pl eingebe bekomme ich folgenden fehler
The requested document was not found on this server.
woran liegt das ???
auf dem alten system mit suse 10.2 hat es ja auch einwandfrei so funktioniert ... ich weiß echt nicht mehr was ich machen soll ... brauche dringend hilfe

danke schon mal im vorraus

also das kommt raus nach der installation ... und nach der suseconfig ... ka ob das soweit stimmt oder nicht ... aber anscheinend nicht -.- ... brauch ech mal hilfe

...sieht nach einer nicht ganz so korrekten Apache-Konfiguration aus. Passt die laufende Webserverkonfiguration zu den installierten Verzeichnissen?

...bin nicht so der Suse-Experte aber es sollte in Verzeichnis /etc/apache2 oder /etc/httpd geben - da steht alles relevante drin.

ok die hilfe hat ja soweit schon mal geholfen ... habe über mcpan soweit alles installiert ...

Da sind offensichtlich einige notwendige Perl-Module nicht im vorinstallierten Perl vorhanden (DBI) bzw. veraltete (CGI). Mal ne neuere Version ziehen, oder die Module über CPAN nachinstallieren. Mehr Infos gibts unter www.cpan.org.

jo ich bin doch die ganze zeit über cpan zu installieren ... aber irgendwie macht er es nicht ... die cgi hab ich ja bereits nachinstalliert bekommen ... die dbi krieg ich nicht hin ... obwohl der v-server über inet connection verfügt

ich mach halt immer z.b. install DBI oder install DBI::mysql

sonst jemand noch ne idee wie ich das mistding endlich zum laufen kriege ???
