Cron.sh error

When trying to set up cron jobs via the command line using cron.sh I get the following error

Cron.sh - start/stop OTRS cronjobs - <$Revision: 1.19 $>
Copyright (C) 2001-2009 xxx, http://otrs.org/
./Cron.sh: line 76: /opt/otrs/var/tmp/otrs-cron-tmp.25482: Permission denied
failed

Any ideas why this is not working and how to set up cron jobs otherwise?

Maybe a little to obvious, but please check the permissions on /opt/otrs/var/tmp for the user you're running the cron jobs under.
