Re: rearrange dashboard.
The second one is here: Config Options: Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration (Find Phone-Ticket in Frontend::Module###AgentTicketPhone: )
This is a guess, but not conclusive, that Escalation, New, Open are in the order they are by alphabetical order.

Admin, Sysconfig Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard
It appears that you should be able to copy information between the "Backend" modules, in the order you want.

Re: rearrange dashboard.
ihave also changed the size of my tables in the dtl files but i have a problem on the dashboard because the footer is on another table and so because i have also reduced the size for the footer the footer appears small unlike in the other dtl files where the footer is a table by itself and so i reduced its size. i cannot find where the footer is on the dashboard.dtl so as to change it not to appear on another table.
do you know where i can find this?
any help greatly appreciated.
