Hi!!
I would be very glad if you can help me with an important issue I have with OTRS. I have version 2.4.7 installed + ITSM modules, FAQs and others. The problem is related with my Stats. None of my Stats gives me value for First Response or any other Stats related with queues. It always gives me 0 value. It's really weird.
Could you please help solve this?

May I kindly inquire as to an example that you've tried that doesn't work? I don't know that there is much that can be addressed from your post.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
