stats creation - response time of 2nLevel agents

Hi,
I need some assistance on the stats module.
I would like to create a monthly overview of response times (of 2nd Level agents) on tickets. Meaning the ticket is first processed by 1st Level Agent but then moved to 2nd Level (clock starts) and will be answered by 2nd level agent (clock stops) with a final or initial answer to the customer.

I started with simple ticket list and chose the Created and FristResponse via Excel I make a diff to get the response time on these tickets. Unfortunately FirstResponse does include the response from 1st level Agent (if there was any). How can I get the timings of the 2nd Level agents?
