Hi,
I'm using OTRS 2.4.7. I've noticed that, when an agent adds an internal note in a ticket owned by other agent, an email notification is sent to the owner. How can I avoid that??
The preferences related to notifications in the agent owner's account are all set to "No", and the Notification[Event] menu has the list empty. I have not seen any option about notification events in SysConfig... Is there any way to configure such behaviour?
