Additional Application - Doc Management

Hi, I'm running the Windows version 2.4.7. Is there an additional Document Management application available to work with this version? If so, where can I download it?

I've read about Document Management on the web site but I can't seem to locate a Windows version.

Maybe you mean the File Manager? This is just a small web app that shares a directory via the web interface for your agents. It's available via the OTRS Package Manager.
