Create user at first install

Hello world :)

I'm trying to install OTRS for the first time but i've a little problem : i don't understand how create a user (step 3)... :(

Who can help me please ? :)

It's not my problem :S

I've no Setup Wizzard... So i've only the Cmd promt to install OTRS ...


And at the Step 3, i've to create de user but comand useradd is not recognize by cmd

After the install (by "http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl") one user will exist:
To log in as OTRS administrator use the username root@localhost and the default password root (Please change the password for the root@localhost account as soon as possible).
