email to ticket
i want to know is it possible that we send email to otrs and otrs generate the tickets to agent?

If notification is turned on, yes.
Notifications can be set for new tickets arriving to a queue, which can go to every Agent in the Queue (Agent Preferences).
Notifications can be sent to the Owner of a ticket from a customer's followup email to the ticket.

i have enabled the notification but now my question is that how i can send email to otrs because there is no email address of it .

You're supposed to create one and tell OTRS where it is and how to get it.
