Hi all,
I've just started to work with OTSR so please bear with me.
Can anyone tell me where i can get info on how to create a CMBD.
I've installed the ITIL bundle with the packet manager but i cannot see anything related to the CMDB.
thanks in advance

Re: new CMDB
Do you see a "Config Item" icon at the top? If not, go to Admin area and then to Users <-> Groups and define yourself permisions to group "itsm-configitem".
OTRS 2.4.7 with ITSM 2.0.3. running on Linux Fedora 12
Re: new CMDB
I cannot see the config icon.
on user<->groups i have the itsm-service but not the itsm-configitem...
in the packetmanager I've installed the ITSMcore and the GeneralCatalog...
I am missing something?
thanks
