Hi
When an agent is closing the ticket by clicking on close. The customer is getting notified only the state of the ticket. Whatever is written in the text
it is not viewable to customer. I set notifications for state change of the ticket.
What are changes to be done so as to make the text visible to the customers?

The notification not send any text by default: you can use variables to display the wanted text.
