Create link for a new ticket

Hi all,

Can anyone help me out?

I've alse installed ITSM and I am trying to link a new ticket to a hardware but it would be great if I could do a query for a location.
ie:
new ticket -> link -> location -> hardware
and then link the hardware with the ticket.

Otherwise it seems that the hardware name will have the refer to the address were it's installed

You can't use a config item in searches of other config item to link, AFAIK... but you can make a "location" attribute of the Hardware config item, and use it in the search
