Hi,

Because several messages have been exchanged between us and the customer in a single ticket, each reply we receive from the customer contains the entire history. Is there an elegant solution to automatically put in the body a special tag, like:

:: Reply above this line to post a reply ::

and only the text above this line to be imported as a new message ?
