Hi all
we recently installed OTRS and I am unable to find any category or item in the STATS section that measure ROLES. I would appreciate any feedback.

I can easily see how it makes sense to get a statistic over a certain role (group of agents). Unfortunately it's not implemented yet.
So either you have to choose the agents one by one or get your stats via SQL. We quit using the stats module in favor of excel sheets with ODBC connection. This gives us far more flexibility. In addition I added a small stats module that displays our main numbers (tickets out of SLA by queue, handling numbers etc.).
