[Solved] iPhone Error

Hi,

I installed iphone handle 0.9.5 on my OTRS 2.4.7.

After install and configuration on my iPhone, I had this error when I choose to see "Queues" (on iPhone):

Software Error: Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/cpan-lib/JSON/PP.pm line 497, data line 275.

so anyone had this error?

Sorry, nevermind!

I created one queue with special character because of that the error was generated.

Hi bkbarbon,

even when creating queues with special characters the app still should work, obviously. I created a bug report based on your forum post http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5753, but one of the OTRS developers states it just works for him when he tried to reproduce. Can you please give step-by-step information on how to replicate the issue?

Hi Mike,

This problem occurs when you use a different charset during the creation of an oracle database.

When you create the oracle database with the same charset as defined in OTRS this problem disappear.
