Displaying ticket history in Customer Interface

Hi,

is there a way to show the ticket history (like agent web interface) in the customer web interface?

Please elaborate - by default the customer interface does have a ticket history on the default page. You can choose to show closed tickets or not.

Hi,

In my case, I will need to show to the customer how much time the ticket expended in each queue.
