SystemID format

May be someone can tell me about SystemID format...
What values can(and can't) be used as SystemID?
Can I use 0(zero) as SystemID in Config.pm

And is it possible not to include SystemID to ticket number?

Hi Rashit, you can only strip the SystemID from the ticket number if you create a custom ticketnumber module. Also, it can cause issues if you modify your ticketnumber format after you started using OTRS.
