We have more than 20 queues configured and access in RO to them is restricted based on dept.
A few operators are answering phone calls and should be able to determine where is the ticket to hand the call to the correct dept.
Is it possible to give a few operator full access in search to tickets?
They should only be able to see where the ticket is (wich queue), or a preview.
I'd like to avoid to give them RO access to all system.
