OTRS::ITMS location variable in e-mail templates

Hello OTRS’s,

I’m working with OTRS::ITMS for a while and I have the following question:

Case:
- 52 Locations created in ITMS objects with customer fields
- External service organization for WAN

I would like to create a e-mail template with the fields (Location information) from the linked object to the ticket. We send an e-mail to this organization complete with all the location info!

I need to find out how to extend the e-mail template variable list with the location fields.

Any idea how to fix this?
