All
I want number of tickets which are in the state of open and new and they should be older than one week.
I prepared stat but it is showing wrong results.
Can any one guide me in this concern

Which OTRS Version do you use?

It's somehow confusing that you get "wrong results" with the stats-module.
The first oppionion I had is simply using the search-module!
There you can define the status, creation time and much more search parameters.
You can save the search if you like as a template, too!
