Auto-login customer

Hello,

Is there a way to automatically log in a customer from a web link?

Something like http://otrs.com/otrs/customer.pl?mode-l ... wrod=test1 would automatically login the customer.

Hopefully not. This would be a huge security flaw...

There are few single sign-on products available that could easily enter username and password onto the login screen. Some of them can even create new random password automatically if/when password change is required.

In my opinion single sign-on itself is also some sort of security risk because when you for example leave your desktop unlocked then all places are open...
